start envisioning your big day at The Orchard.
THANK YOU TO THE FOLLOWING VENDORS:
Siobahan Lynette Photography
You’ll spot Siobhan behind the lens today, capturing the day so we can share a full gallery with you afterward. Her work has that lovely balance of editorial polish and candid, in-the-moment photography—we’re excited to see how she captures the Orchard and this event. If you’re looking for photography that feels elevated but still genuinely like you, she’s one to check out.
Love Notes
Heather Sullivan and her team know The Orchard inside and out. While you're here, take a moment to chat with them—it's a great chance to get your wedding planning questions answered by the experts.
Wildflower Portland
Chas of Wildflower Portland brings a modern, fresh perspective to floral and event design, with a great instinct for color, texture, and the details that make an event feel cohesive. For this event, she designed the overall look—from the color palette and linens to the florals—and worked with Trellis Creative Co. to carry her ideas through to the signage, menus, and place cards. She knows the Orchard well and has an intuitive feel for what works beautifully here, which makes her especially fun to collaborate with. And honestly, she’s just a lot of fun to have around—which we think matters.
Trellis Creative Co.
Jolene of Trellis Creative Co. is one of our favorites for the details that make a wedding feel beautifully considered—and she actually hosted her own wedding here at The Orchard. From invitation suites and signage to custom installations and unexpected details, she creates a cohesive visual language that carries throughout the celebration. Today, she created the seating chart, place cards, bar signs, and menus. If you’re looking to bring this level of detail to your own wedding, reach out to Jolene—we love what she does.
Bad Portraits
Karlee Patton’s Bad Portraits is the kind of wedding entertainment your guests won’t stop talking about. She’ll sketch hilariously charming portraits while chatting with them, turning casual conversations into a wildly fun, illustrated guestbook. The best part? Guests keep their originals—and the laughs.
The FotoBus Co
The FotoBus Co. transforms vintage Volkswagen buses into charming, interactive photo booths on wheels. Each bus offers a unique experience with unlimited prints, customizable backdrops, and a variety of props. It's a fun, memorable addition to any wedding or event, providing guests with instant keepsakes and entertainment, and a regular addition here at The Orchard.
Only Imagine Content
Keep an eye out for a reel from today’s wedding, coming to Instagram + TikTok soon. We love having Ally of Only Imagine Content here! More couples are choosing wedding content creation instead of traditional videography—a more casual way to capture the day, with a quicker turnaround and typically a lower investment. Ally has such a good eye for the little things: the flowers, the tables, the light, the people, and all the in-between moments you might otherwise miss. She also offers Super 8 for a more nostalgic, cinematic feel. And because Ally creates so much of our own social content, she knows the property inside and out—where the good light is, what’s in bloom, and which corners of the garden are looking especially good. If a full wedding film isn’t your thing but you still want lots of beautiful video of your day to watch, share, and have on your phone almost immediately, content creation is worth a look—and Ally is a great one to know.
Gorge Wedding Music
Ryan Kohlberg of Gorge Music is a skilled DJ, musician, and seasoned wedding MC. A regular at The Orchard, he brings versatile live music—guitar, upright bass, ukulele—and often collaborates with local musicians to create the perfect soundtrack for every part of your day, from ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception.
BBJ La Tavola Linens
All the linens you see today are from BBJ La Tavola. Hillary, The Orchard’s GM, has a table full of additional samples—so many fun possibilities to explore! At minimum, you’ll need napkins, but we also recommend cocktail table linens and a specialty option for something like the cake table always adds a lot. All specific linens are linked below, and Hillary’s happy to help if you have questions.
Pinolo Gelato
Authentic Italian gelato served from a traditional bike straight from Italy! Founded by Pisa native Sandro Paolini, Pinolo Gelato brings back old-world gelato-making using pure ingredients and time-honored methods for truly traditional flavor.
Windflower Cakes
Paula of Windflower Cakes specializes in delicious buttercream wedding cakes, made from scratch with mostly organic, locally sourced ingredients. Her approach is rooted in supporting sustainable farming while showcasing the flavors of our region, making her cakes a natural fit for a Hood River wedding. If you decide Windflower is the right fit for your celebration, Celilo Catering is happy to coordinate your cake order and take care of all the details for you. And because Celilo doesn’t charge a cake-cutting fee, there’s no added fee whether you choose a Windflower Cake or bring in a cake from another bakery.
