John Cody of Kingsley Event Supply designed this entire event—from linens to tabletop rentals, menus, and signage. He managed all the third party vendors who contributed to the design - the draping, the flowers, the lounge rental. If you need a pro to pull together the aesthetic details of your wedding, he’s your guy. He also has a second table setup to show you an alternative design—stop by to chat about event design or browse the candle, linen, china, and glassware rentals.

Heather’s Flower Farm
Heather and her team grow over 300 varieties of flowers right here in the Hood River Valley, and thoughtfully forage for natural elements to enhance their designs. Their work is rooted in sustainable practices and defined by consistently remarkable artistry, and they created all the beautiful flower arrangements and installations you see here today.

Gorge Music
Ryan Kohlberg of Gorge Music is a skilled DJ, musician, and seasoned wedding MC. A regular at The Orchard, he brings versatile live music—guitar, upright bass, ukulele—and often collaborates with local musicians to create the perfect soundtrack for every part of your day, from ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception.

Bad Portraits
Karlee Patton’s Bad Portraits is the kind of wedding entertainment your guests won’t stop talking about. She’ll sketch hilariously charming portraits while chatting with them, turning casual conversations into a wildly fun, illustrated guestbook. The best part? Guests keep their originals—and the laughs.

BBJ La Tavola Linens
All the linens you see today are from BBJ La Tavola. Hillary, The Orchard’s GM, has a table full of additional samples—so many fun possibilities to explore! At minimum, you’ll need napkins, but we also recommend cocktail table linens and a specialty option for something like the cake table always adds a lot. All specific linens are linked below, and Hillary’s happy to help if you have questions.

Windflower Cakes
Paula specializes in simply delicious buttercream wedding cakes made from scratch with mostly organic, locally sourced ingredients. Her mission is to support sustainable farming while showcasing the flavors of our region. Don’t miss today’s featured flavors: Lemon Blueberry &Chocolate Raspberry. And remember—Celilo Catering does not charge a cake cutting fee and is happy to coordinate your order when you choose Windflower Cakes.
