Kingsley Event Supply
John Cody of Kingsley Event Supply directed the overall design of this event, from the color palette, linen choices, tabletop decor, and overall aesthetic to the details that brought it all together. He worked closely with the wedding planner, florist, stationer, and linen rental company to translate the vision across every element of the wedding. Trellis Florals
Blair and her team create beautiful floral designs at the Orchard more often than any other florist. As Gorge locals, they know the landscape—and how to design for its wind, heat, and other elements, which is no small consideration when it comes to wedding flowers here. They’re known for a romantic, abundant style and are genuinely fun and professional to work with. We have plenty of photographs showcasing their work here, but seeing it in person is something else entirely. If you’re still looking for a florist, reach out to Blair—you’ll be in very good hands.

Gorge Wedding Music
Ryan Kohlberg of Gorge Music is a skilled DJ, musician, and seasoned wedding MC. A regular at The Orchard, he brings versatile live music—guitar, upright bass, ukulele—and often collaborates with local musicians to create the perfect soundtrack for every part of your day, from ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception.

Trellis Creative Co.
Jolene of Trellis Creative Co. is one of our favorites for the details that make a wedding feel beautifully considered—and she actually hosted her own wedding here at The Orchard. From invitation suites and signage to custom installations and unexpected details, she creates a cohesive visual language that carries throughout the celebration. Today, she created the seating chart, place cards, bar signs, and menus. If you’re looking to bring this level of detail to your own wedding, reach out to Jolene—we love what she does.

What’s a party without a photo booth? We love working with Gorge Photo Booth—professional, playful, and always a hit. They create a fun, memorable experience your guests will love, with keepsake photos you’ll treasure.


Only Imagine Content
Keep an eye out for a reel from today’s wedding, coming to Instagram + TikTok soon. We love having Ally of Only Imagine Content around. She has a great eye for the little things—the flowers, the tables, the light, the in-between moments—and somehow always makes everything look even better. She also shoots Super 8, and because she creates all of our reels, she knows the property inside and out: where the good light is, what’s in bloom, and which corners of the garden are looking especially good. For content creation and/or Super 8, without making your wedding feel like a content shoot, she’s your gal.


BBJ La Tavola Linens
All the linens you see today are from BBJ La Tavola. Hillary, The Orchard’s GM, has a table full of additional samples—so many fun possibilities to explore! At minimum, you’ll need napkins, but we also recommend cocktail table linens and a specialty option for something like the cake table always adds a lot. All specific linens are linked below, and Hillary’s happy to help if you have questions.


Windflower Cakes
Paula of Windflower Cakes specializes in delicious buttercream wedding cakes, made from scratch with mostly organic, locally sourced ingredients. Her approach is rooted in supporting sustainable farming while showcasing the flavors of our region, making her cakes a natural fit for a Hood River wedding. Be sure to sample today’s featured flavors: Almond Marionberry and Vanilla Strawberry. If you decide Windflower is the right fit for your celebration, Celilo Catering is happy to coordinate your cake order and take care of all the details for you. And because Celilo doesn’t charge a cake-cutting fee, there’s no added fee whether you choose a Windflower Cake or bring in a cake from another bakery.

The lounge set you saw today was provided by local event rental company, Riverhood Rentals. They carry a variety of upholstered furniture, as well as dishware, glassware, and flatware (if you want something different than we offer in-house), and much more.
